Canon FD lenses for sale

Having decided to 'go digital' I have the following Canon equipment for sale:-

As far as I know, all this equipment is in good working order and in good condition. Click on the thumbnails below to see a bigger (350 kilobyte) picture.

All this equipment has been owned from new by me, see here.

For more information about Canon F1 equipment, try Christian Rollinger's site or Photography in Malaysia.

If you are interested in buying any of this equipment, please contact me by email.

Of course, I realise that it is a bit worrying buying things over the internet. But, if you read the rest of my site here, I think you will realise that I am a genuine amateur photographer and this offer for sale is completely serious and honest.

You can contact me using the email address at the bottom of this page (which you won't see unless you have Javascript enabled)

Canon F1 body 120116: shutter speeds

I measured the shutter speeds on this body using a fast photocell and a storage oscilloscope with the results shown in the table. I have no idea how these compare with other cameras of this type.

1/1 1.0000 0.9830 -2
1/2 0.5000 0.5130 +3

Canon F1 body 120116: seals

I had a look at the foam light seals on this camera, and found them to be badly decayed. This is normal with a camera of this age. I replaced the seals in November 2007 using replacements provided in the very good kit sold by Jon Goodman on ebay here. A test using Ilford HP5+ film showed no light leaks.
